System Engineer ATM switch Developer (10014)

 

Responsibilities 

• • Developing and customizing the IST switch system modules. Testing and Implementation to live system. 
• • Designing and developing the IST switch related applications. 
• • Maintain and monitor the ATM /Switch related applications, platform, schemes connectivity and ensure 24x7 availability of the switch systems and switch related applications. 
• • Prepare and maintain schedules to ensure timely switch compliance update as per schemes and other compliance requirements. 
• • Vendor management, Review the SLAs, conducting feedback meetings. 
• • Tune the system for better performance, make recommendations where appropriate, and provide reliable environments to suit customers and benefit the institution. 
• • Direct the timely resolution of system (Electronic banking) problems and escalate the unsolved problems to higher Levels so that user's work is minimally affected. 
• • Set-up recovery procedures and processes for all contingencies as to ensure minimum down time for Switch and the ATMs/CDMs/POS/Cards System. 
• • Maintain the EFT Switch security devices & ensure appropriate security standards (FIPS/PCI). 
• • Assist Unit Head in preparing the ATM/ Cards operational budget, suggestions and experience and to contribute to the unit effectiveness. 
• • Provide assistance to different ATMs/Cards related projects to meet the Bank's business and functional needs and commitments of the department. 
• • Execute the agreed projects/tasks within the timeframe and budget while ensuring the maximum security to meet the Bank's needs. 
• • Continues improvement in all the above area - setup mutually agreed criteria

Payment Gateway System Manager (10015)

 

Responsibilities 

• • Monitor and ensure the availability of the application on a regular basis. 
• • Day-to-Day Applications Operations / administrations (EOD, IR handling, users’ management, etc). 
• • Manage the basic deployments on the different environments. 
• • Basic troubleshooting and handle the operations of different e-Payment systems/ applications and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions. 
• • Review and handle reported complaints and issues. 
• • Perform the needed UAT testing for the assigned systems.

Admin POS Technical Monitor Engineer  (10016) 

 

Responsibilities 

• • Provide a professional first point of contact for the partners for their issues/tickets. 
• • Help our partners understand the features, APIs and all of the benefits that could fit their needs and their business. 
• • Support our partners on API integrations and guide on the endpoints. 
• • Provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives. 
• • Liaise and refer issues to correct/relevant teams and partners as appropriate. 
• • Work with product, tech and business stakeholders closely and triage the tickets based on the impact. 
• • Respond to partner support inquiries and monitor the incoming tickets in all of our support channels. 
• • Troubleshoot technical queries and have analytical thinking to determine the best technical solution.

Responsibilities • Responsible for handling the Solution Architecture and Design for the ATM Switch, Debit Cards and Payment domain. • Build effective relationship and partnership with the business stakeholders to support their technology needs. • Manage Alternate channel banking projects(ATM Switch, Debit Card Management, EMV issuing & acquiring). • Assist in implementation, progress reports, plans, scoping. • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Understand the technical design. • Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios to validate preliminary results. • Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions. • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes. • Adhere to the banks established procedures, policies and guidelines. • Good working knowledge of Switch, DCMS, ATMs & Recon applications.

   

Settlement Specialist  (10018) 

 

Responsibilities 

• • Perform Settlement Operations balancing procedures for platforms 
• • Develop policies for estate settlement and account termination including the death of an IRA owner in partnership with Risk, Legal and Compliance that align with the prudent investor rule additional state and federal laws 
• • Using excel key enter the check number, date and amount with the status of “history” or “open” 
• • Support the development of standard operating procedures, performance reporting, and operating rhythm to foster a controlled and structured environment 
• • Perform daily balancing, reconciling and researching of the bank’s general ledger accounts externally held DDA accounts
