Admin POS Technical Monitor Engineer (10016)
- • Provide a professional first point of contact for the partners for their issues/tickets.
- • Help our partners understand the features, APIs and all of the benefits that could fit their needs and their business.
- • Support our partners on API integrations and guide on the endpoints.
- • Provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives.
- • Liaise and refer issues to correct/relevant teams and partners as appropriate.
- • Work with product, tech and business stakeholders closely and triage the tickets based on the impact.
- • Respond to partner support inquiries and monitor the incoming tickets in all of our support channels.
- • Troubleshoot technical queries and have analytical thinking to determine the best technical solution.
- • Identify common partner challenges and proactively find ways to improve our product and processes.
- • Provide feedback and feature requests and communicate them effectively to the product team.
- • Conduct initial diagnostics and undertake basic fault diagnostics to resolve where possible, partner faults.
